Will my hotel accept the delivery?
Yes — hotels in Korea routinely accept packages for guests. We hand it to the front desk under your name and booking, and text you the moment it’s dropped off. For Airbnbs and guesthouses, we coordinate a handoff time with you directly.
Where do you deliver?
All of Seoul, plus hotels in Incheon (including airport hotels) and major Gyeonggi areas. Enter your address at checkout to confirm — if we can’t reach you in 2 hours, we’ll tell you before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Within 2 hours of payment, every day between 9 AM and 10 PM KST. Orders placed after 7 PM arrive first thing the next morning. You get live courier tracking by SMS and email.
