How do I request a lost-item return from Korea?
Contact us with your hotel name, a description of the item you left, and the address you want it sent to. We confirm the details and begin the process for you.
How do you retrieve the item from the hotel?
We contact your hotel directly and arrange collection on your behalf. Because hotels usually release belongings only with the guest’s permission, we may ask you to authorize the hotel to hand the item to us.
How long does the whole process take?
Retrieving the item from the hotel typically takes 1–3 days. After that, EMS international delivery usually takes about a week, depending on the destination and local customs.
How is my item shipped, and can I track it?
We pack your item and send it worldwide via EMS, Korea Post’s express international service, which provides tracking to most destinations.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is size- and destination-based, shown in the rate tables above and charged in USD. Customs duties or taxes in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
