Errands in Korea, Priced Plainly.
You left something at the hotel. The booking site wants a Korean phone number. The shop won’t take your card. We handle it from here in Seoul, and you pay a service fee plus whatever the thing actually costs — with receipts.
Before You Order
Three Things That Apply to Every Order
Service Fee, Then Costs
Our fee is what you’re paying us for. Tickets, goods, shipping and courier charges are billed separately at cost, and we send you the receipt.
Payment & Handling: 7% + $3
Added once per order. Covers international card processing, currency conversion, and paying Korean suppliers upfront on your behalf.
Minimum Order $30
Below that, combine errands into one request — it’s cheaper for you, and bundles of three or more get a discount.

The Fine Print
Payment, Refunds and Limits
How You Pay
We send a payment link once you approve the quote, and we start after it clears. Payment & handling of 7% + $3 is added once per order.
Orders over $300: pay by bank transfer instead and we take 3% off the total.
Credit Pack
Running several errands? Load credit once and skip the payment & handling fee on everything you spend it on.
for $200

Changes and Refunds
- Before we start: costs refunded in full. The payment & handling portion isn’t refundable — our processor keeps it.
- After we start: the service fee is non-refundable. Anything we haven’t spent comes back.
- If a booking doesn’t come through: the full service fee returns to you as credit, or as a refund less payment & handling.
- Unspent costs are returned as credit by default. Ask if you’d rather have cash back.
What We Don’t Handle
Some things we turn down every time, and it’s better you know before you ask:
- Prescription medicine and pharmacy-controlled items
- Vapes, e-liquid and tobacco products
- Loose lithium batteries and anything else EMS restricts
- Goods we can’t verify as authentic
- Cash, gift cards and cash equivalents
- Anything that can’t legally cross the border
