What We Collect
- Order information: your name, hotel or delivery address, requested delivery time, and the items you order.
- Contact information: your phone number, email address, or messenger ID (WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk) when you message us.
- Payment confirmation: whether your payment succeeded, the amount, and the payment method used. We do not collect or store your card number — payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal on their own secure systems.
- Site usage data: anonymous analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm, prepare, and deliver your order to your hotel or address.
- To reply to your messages and provide customer support in English, Japanese, or Chinese.
- To process payments and, where applicable, refunds under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) and PayPal. Your card details are entered on and processed by these providers directly; they never touch our servers. Please refer to the privacy policies of Stripe and PayPal for how they handle your data.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies necessary for the shopping cart and checkout to function, and Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. Embedded YouTube videos are served in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and do not set tracking cookies until you press play. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart may not function without essential cookies.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share the minimum information needed to complete your order: your name, hotel name, and delivery details are shared with our delivery staff or courier partner solely to hand over your order. Payment status is shared with the payment processor. We may disclose information if required by Korean law or a valid legal request.
Data Retention
Order and transaction records are kept for the periods required by Korean e-commerce and tax law (typically 5 years for contract and payment records, 3 years for consumer complaint records), then deleted. Messenger conversations are deleted when no longer needed for support.
