What we can and can’t send

In Korea, plasters, gauze, masks and hand sanitizer are classed as quasi-drugs (의약외품) and can be bought and delivered like everyday goods — that’s what our kits contain. We do not handle any medicines: no painkillers, cold medicine, antiseptic ointments sold as drugs, or prescription items. For those, walk into a pharmacy; many sit near subway exits and are marked with a large 약 sign. Basic over-the-counter items such as fever reducers are also stocked in 24-hour convenience stores — see our guide to what Korean convenience stores can do for you.

Who orders a first aid kit in Seoul

  • Walkers. 20,000+ steps a day on Seoul’s hills and palace gravel produce blisters fast. Waterproof plasters survive a sweaty day in summer humidity.
  • Hikers. Bukhansan and the city-wall trails are steep and rocky; carry plasters and gauze in your daypack.
  • Families. Kids fall over. If you also need diapers or formula, combine with our baby supplies delivery in one order.
  • Long-stay visitors and teams who want a proper kit in the apartment or office rather than a few loose plasters.
  • Dust-day travellers. Spring fine dust days are when KF94 masks matter; see KF94 mask delivery for mask-only orders.

Everything else we deliver is on the Korea hotel delivery hub.

How to order in 3 steps

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with the kit you want, any add-ons, your hotel, booking name and check-in date.
  2. Confirm and pay the USD total by card payment link or PayPal before 10 PM KST.
  3. Collect at the front desk the next day. Airbnb guests: send the full address and let your host know a parcel is coming.

FAQ — First aid kits in Seoul

Can you deliver painkillers or cold medicine?

No. We never handle medicines, including over-the-counter ones. Visit a pharmacy, or for an emergency call 119.

Is this fast enough for an injury?

No — it is next-day delivery for restocking and preparation. For anything urgent, go to a pharmacy or hospital now and call 119 if needed.

What brand of plasters do you send?

Popular Korean plaster brands sold on Korean online stores. We send a photo of the exact boxes before you pay; if something is out of stock we suggest an equivalent and order only with your OK.

Can I add a sanitizer or a thermometer?

Yes, at item price + 40% + $5 for the order. We confirm the total in USD before you pay.

Can my kit arrive before check-in?

Some hotels won’t hold parcels that arrive the day before a guest checks in, so we schedule delivery around your check-in date.

Refunds?

The service fee is non-refundable; products follow the selling store’s return policy. Unboxing Korea (Hana For You, reg. 326-46-01326) is independent and not affiliated with Coupang or any other store.
