Sizes: Korean labels run differently
Korean clothing is often labelled with numbers rather than letters, and many brands fit slimmer than US sizing. As a rough guide, men’s tops marked 95 ≈ M, 100 ≈ L, 105 ≈ XL; women’s tops 85 ≈ S, 90 ≈ M, 95 ≈ L. Every brand differs, so send us your height, weight and usual size and we check the size chart on the listing for you. If you’re between sizes, we’ll suggest the larger one.
Training in Seoul: what to know
- Gyms and day passes. Many Seoul gyms sell single-day passes (일일권, ililgwon). Some lend T-shirts, shorts and towels to members — ask before you buy a full set. Many also expect clean indoor shoes, so don’t train in the pair you walked the city in.
- Running. The Han River parks have long, flat paths with toilets and convenience stores along the way. See our guide to the best Han River running routes.
- Weather. July and August are hot and humid — pick mesh and quick-dry fabrics. Winter mornings drop below freezing, so add leggings and a long-sleeve layer if you run outdoors.
- Shoes. Need trainers too? See walking shoes and slippers delivery. A bag for your kit: the all-round boston bag with shoe pocket doubles as a gym bag.
Everything else we deliver is on the Korea hotel delivery hub.

FAQ — Gym clothes in Seoul
Can you get a specific brand like Nike or Adidas?
If it is sold on Korean online stores, yes — send us the product and size and we quote it at item price + 40% + $5. Branded gear costs more than the basic sets above.
What if it doesn’t fit?
We check the size chart with you before ordering. Returns and exchanges follow the selling store’s policy, and our service fee is non-refundable, so please confirm the size carefully.
Can you deliver on the day I arrive?
Yes, if you order by 10 PM the day before. Some hotels refuse parcels that arrive before a guest checks in, so we time delivery to your check-in date.
What if my size is sold out?
We suggest a similar item in your size first and only order with your OK.
Who are you?
Unboxing Korea (Hana For You, business reg. 326-46-01326). We buy from Korean online stores such as Coupang on your behalf and are not affiliated with any store.
