Which cable do you actually need?
- iPhone 15 and later charge over USB-C. iPhone 14 and earlier use Lightning, so you need a USB-C to Lightning cable.
- Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and most Android phones use USB-C. A 25W PD/PPS charger is enough for full fast charging on most Galaxy models.
- USB-C laptops (MacBook Air, many Windows ultrabooks) usually charge from a 65W USB-C PD charger. Tell us your laptop model and we check the wattage first.
- Smartwatches need their own magnetic charger. Send us the watch model and we look for it before quoting.
Good to know about charging in Korea
Korea uses 220V, 60Hz electricity with Type C and Type F sockets (the round two-pin European style). Chargers bought here come with that plug. Most phone and laptop chargers are rated 100–240V, so your own charger from home usually works with just a plug adapter. See our Korea plug adapter delivery page if that is all you are missing.
If you take a Korean charger home to the US, Japan or Taiwan, you will need an adapter there too, because those countries use flat-pin Type A sockets. That is why many travelers only buy the cable and keep their own plug.
Need a cable tonight? Korean convenience stores sell basic charging cables around the clock, though the choice is small and fast chargers are hard to find. Our guide to convenience store services in Korea covers what else they can help with. If you would rather shop in person, the Yongsan Electronics Market guide shows where to go. Running low between sights? A power bank delivered to your hotel pairs well with a new cable.
How to order in 3 steps
- 1. Message us on WhatsApp with your phone or laptop model, what you need, your hotel name, and the name and dates on your booking.
- 2. Confirm and pay — we send the exact item and the price in USD. Pay 100% upfront by card payment link or PayPal. We place the order once payment arrives.
- 3. Collect at the front desk — the parcel arrives the next day under your check-in name. Hotels can refuse parcels for guests who have not checked in yet, so we confirm your dates first. Staying in an Airbnb? Send the full address and we coordinate with your host.
FAQ — Phone chargers in Seoul
Can you deliver a charger today?
No. We promise next-day delivery: order and pay by 10 PM (KST) and it reaches your hotel front desk the next day. For a cable within the hour, try a convenience store.
Will a charger bought in Korea work back home?
Most chargers are rated 100–240V, so the electronics work almost anywhere, but the plug is Korean Type C/F. In flat-pin countries you will need an adapter, or simply buy the cable-only kit and keep your own plug.
Do iPhones in Korea still use Lightning?
iPhone 15 and newer use USB-C; iPhone 14 and older use Lightning. Tell us your model and we send the right cable.
What if the item is out of stock?
We suggest an equivalent model first and only order once you agree. Nothing is swapped without your OK.
Can I return it?
The service fee is non-refundable. The product itself follows the return policy of the Korean store it was bought from, and we help you with the process.
Are you Coupang?
No. Unboxing Korea (Hana For You, business registration 326-46-01326) is an independent service that orders on your behalf from Korean online stores such as Coupang, which usually need a Korean phone number and payment method. We are not affiliated with any store.
